Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the specialized and service based nature of our work, TechQuill does not offer refunds for completed or ongoing services.
Clients may choose to discontinue services at any time. However, if a cancellation occurs during an active billing month, no partial refunds will be issued. A written cancellation request must be submitted via email or text at least 15 days prior to ending the service. If advance notice is not provided, the client must pay a cancellation fee equal to one full month of service. Future billing will cease after cancellation, but previously paid amounts are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued if the client ignores or rejects TechQuill’s professional recommendations regarding SEO best practices, including but not limited to: content optimization, keyword research, technical improvements, website structure, link evaluation, and strategy alignment.
No refund or reimbursement will be provided if the client hires another SEO or marketing agency during the contract period or makes independent SEO changes to the website, Google Business Profile, or related digital assets without TechQuill’s approval.
If the client fails to provide the necessary website access, logins, or permissions required for SEO or digital marketing implementation or if the website is offline, non-functional, or inaccessible, no refunds will be processed.
After website mock-ups are approved and the project proceeds to the development or testing stage, TechQuill cannot issue refunds, as significant work has already been performed.
Cancellations will not be accepted for special event-based or time-sensitive service packages arranged through our sales team. These exclusive offers require a minimum 30-day notice if the client wishes to withdraw.
Although TechQuill’s SEO and digital marketing services are non-refundable, clients may request to stop services at any time with a minimum 15 days written notice.
Refunds will not be approved for projects that have been inactive or paused for more than 30 days, regardless of the reason for inactivity.
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank after receiving services they agreed to and benefited from, TechQuill will provide all relevant records, communication history, and service documentation to the bank to demonstrate that the services were delivered as outlined in this policy.
